We are counting down the days until dad gets home, and the number fits on one hand now, so the time feels manageable. I am sending you oodles of warm hugs...

with much love,

Karen xxxtccomments2013https://www.blogger.com/profile/00446394638074551345noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7238780007621149539.post-7624770417042574552014-06-19T13:46:11.984-07:002014-06-19T13:46:11.984-07:00Hang in there!! Boys usually master large motor skills before small motor skills. Also, my teens still act out when their dad is out of town! ;)

Something that helped me when my kids were your little guys age, was having them pick out 6 outfits for the week (we would look at the forecast) then, only letting them choose from the 6 outfits they had already picked out. We used a sweater organizer in the closet. This cut down on a lot of drama. This gives them a sense of control, without too many choices. Hope it helps!! You are doing a fantastic job! Triple digit heat, a toddler, chemo, and steroids? I'm impressed you are in one piece and writing a sharp blog to boot. My daugther, Kennedy, will be four in August, and she has done (or is still doing) all of the things you described! It wasn't until about a month ago that she realized there was a middle to the alphabet. It sounds to me like you are doing an amazing job, and are about as normal as the rest of us!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08654294194993234364noreply@blogger.com
